Evie Smith donated the new flag in memory of her friend and co-worker, Pauline, who died last Dec. 26th of cancer.   The flag was raised in front of EPHC\u2019s Portola hospital. Staff members observed a moment of silence for Pauline. Her husband Ken was on hand for the ceremony.
