Honor Your Caregiver

Your Gift Can Make A Difference

As a grateful patient of Eastern Plumas Health Care, we want you to know it is a privilege to care for you and your loved ones.

Every day we hear extraordinary stories of gratitude from patients about the care and compassion demonstrated by our physicians, nurses, and staff.

If you are grateful for the care you or someone in your family received from an EPHC team member or department, any gift made in their honor is a meaningful way to say “thank you” and to give back to those who have affected your life in a positive way.

Your gift turns your appreciation into action. It supports the greatest needs of our health care professionals so they can continue to provide exceptional patient care in our community.

The team member/department will be notified of your grateful gift and be recognized with a special pin for their outstanding performance.
