Sports Physicals: parents, call 832.6600 to schedule your child’s sports physical. Appointments are on July 21 for only $25 at the Portola Medical Clinic, 480 First Ave. Payment is due in full on the day of service, and insurance will not be billed. Please have your child wear shorts and a t-shirt. Those eligible for Medi-Cal CHDP are asked to schedule their appointments on another day.
